Muslim league holds massive pro-Palestine rally in Kerala, calls Israel a terror state

Tens of thousands of people gathered at Kozhikode beach for a pro-Palestine rally organized by the IUML. Chanting slogans and holding banners, activists expressed solidarity with Palestine. IUML leader Panakkad Syed Sadikali Shihab Thangal criticized Israel, accusing it of being a terrorist nation. Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, the chief guest, referred to Hamas as terrorists, which sparked a response from IUML leader M K Muneer. Tharoor condemned the Israeli bombings as disproportionate, while Muneer emphasized the fight for independence by Palestinians. Tharoor stressed that the rally was not just a Muslim issue but a human rights issue.
