Need to go beyond traditional learning environments, says Chief of Air Staff

He highlighted the importance of tailored learning and skill development for each individual and the opportunities presented by cutting-edge technology in aviation. Chaudhari also emphasized the role of organizations like the Flying Instructors School (FIS) in recognizing and applying new information for operational success.
