Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav opens innings on front foot

CM Mohan Yadav's first decisions include a ban on loudspeakers violating decibel norms, banning unlicensed buying and selling of meat, establishing a 'PM Excellence College' in each district, uploading certificates on DigiLocker, and increasing tendu patta payout.
