20,000kg ‘Naivedyam’ being prepared at Patna’s famous Mahavir temple

Mahavir Mandir in Patna is preparing 20,000kg Naivedyam laddoos for devotees to offer to Lord Hanuman on New Year. Six priests from Ayodhya will offer prayers and 220 security personnel will be deployed for visitor security. Skilled artisans from Tirupati will start preparing Naivedyam from December 31. Necessary preparations have been made for the expected rush of devotees on January 1 and 2, including crowd management and deployment of police and private security guards. The temple will open at 5am with separate queues for male and female devotees.
