Ayodhya likely to be sunny on day of consecration, says IMD

North India remains under the grip of fog and cold wave conditions as the consecration ceremony at Ram temple approaches. Ayodhya, where the ceremony will take place, is expected to have slightly better weather than other parts of the region. A dedicated webpage launched by India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday to provide weather-related information for Ayodhya and neighbouring areas shows that the situation in the holy city is, however, expected to be slightly better than most parts of north-west India.
