Padma Shri Prof IC Verma dies: Ganga Ram hospital

Padma Shri awardee Dr Ishwar Chander Verma, an advisor in the institute of medical genetics and genomics, died at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. His groundbreaking research contributions in genetics and genomics earned him various awards from institutes including ICMR, NAMS Ranbaxy Science Foundation, and AIIMS, New Delhi.
