Judge removed for ‘molesting’ rape survivor in Tripura

Tripura high court takes action against Bishwatosh Dhar, first-class judicial magistrate of Kamalpur in Dhalai district, following allegations of molesting a rape survivor in his chambers. The survivor had reported that Dhar touched her inappropriately when she visited his chambers to record her statement under Section 164 of CrPC.
