Act against PM for code violation: Congress

Opposition leaders have raised concerns over people receiving PM Modi's 'Viksit Bharat' letter on WhatsApp, calling it a breach of the model code of conduct. Congress MP Shashi Tharoor highlighted privacy issues, especially for those living abroad. They urge the Election Commission to take action on this matter. Another Congress MP Manish Tewari posted on X the WhatsApp message which had the letter attached.
