2 mths before it bagged project in Bihar, Megha gave JD(U) Rs 10 crore

MEIL donated Rs 10 crore to JD(U) out of Rs 12 crore EB receipts. JD(U) encashed bonds and won Darbhanga Expressway contract. MEIL was a top donor after Future Gaming, with JD(U) also receiving funds from Shree Cement and Bharti Airtel.
