Congress announces K V Gowtham as its Kolar Lok Sabha candidate

Congress selects K V Gowtham as Kolar candidate, resolving party conflict. Muniyappa lobbied for Peddanna but party chose Gowtham. BJP reserves seat for JD(S) candidate M Mallesh Babu.
