Two Indian citizens who were reported missing following the earthquake in Taiwan have been found safe, confirmed Randhir Jaiswal, the official spokesperson for the Ministry of external affairs (MEA), on Thursday. The MEA's announcement follows a powerful earthquake measuring 7.2 on the Richter scale that struck Taiwan on Wednesday. According to reports from the Central News Agency (CNA), the death toll from the earthquake has reached 10, with 38 individuals still missing.
