With 954 hectares, MP leads in tree plantation under ‘green credit’ plan

Madhya Pradesh leads in Green Credit Programme with over 500 land parcels for tree plantation. Other states like Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Assam are also actively participating. The initiative aims to encourage tree plantation on degraded forest land to earn green credits.
