Doctor promised postgrad seat in Spanish varsity, duped of Rs 15 lakh

A doctor was duped of Rs 15 lakh by individuals posing as Vivek Kumar and Rahul, promising a seat in a postgraduate radiology course in Spain. The doctor, who completed MBBS in Georgia, realized the fraud upon reaching Spain for the course.
