Should Washington’s restaurants be left to self-police if employees test positive for coronavirus?

As the coronavirus continues to spread throughout Washington, restaurateurs say the state needs to provide clearer and more consistent guidelines on what they're expected to do if an employee tests positive for COVID-19. Right now, there's not strict policy across the board.
