Arab Parliament Values Saudi Arabia's Call for Riyadh Accord Two Parties to Urgently Respond to its Provisions, Stop Escalation

(MENAFN - Saudi Press Agency) Cairo, July 2, 2021, SPA -- The Arab Parliament has valued the urgent call made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the two parties of the Riyadh Accord, namely the Yemeni Government and the South Yemeni Transitional Council, to abide by the accord as set forth by its provisions and to stop all forms of political, military, security and media escalation. It reaffirmed, in a statement announced here today, that the Kingdom's call is an extension of its unremitting efforts being exerted and firm keenness on the continuity of accordance among the two parties, in order to realize security and stability, restore the state's legal institutions and confront the putschist Houthi militia, presenting thanks to the Kingdom for all endeavors it is making and targeting consolidation of the pillars of security and stability in Yemen. --SPA 18:56 LOCAL TIME 15:56 GMT 0023 MENAFN02072021000078011016ID1102381817
