Nobel laureate Angrist on economics, Palestinians and why he left Israel

Joshua Angrist, co-winner of this year’s Nobel Prize in Economics, changed the face of economic research through the methods he devised. He left Israel in the 1990s, critical of the fixed salary in local academia, but remains proud of his work on the Palestinian labor market
