Police in Plymouth are appealing for witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted in the city centre.

Between 4pm and 6.30pm on Wednesday 24 June, a woman was sexually assaulted twice by the same suspect.

The first incident occurred near the A7 bus stop on Royal Parade and a subsequent incident occurred above the Civic Centre car park.

Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed either assault. Officers would particularly like to speak to three boys who might have witnessed the assault at the Civic Centre car park.

The suspect is described as a white male, in his 20s and was wearing a light coloured t-shirt and white shorts.
