Further Arrests Following Assault and Collision - A639 Front Street, Pontefract

Further arrests have been made after a man was seriously injured in Pontefract in the early hours of Sunday morning (Sunday, 19 November). 

Two men, aged 26 and 29, have been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and are currently in custody. 

Two males, aged 17 and 18, who were previously arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving have been interviewed and released on bail. 

The injured man remains in hospital in a critical condition.
