Ousted HHS official warns of 'darkest winter in modern history' if proper virus steps not taken

Dr. Rick Bright, former Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), went before Congress Thursday warning that without a proper plan the coronavirus pandemic will only get worse, and blaming the Trump administration for not taking his warnings seriously.
