GOP Sen. Portman urges Trump to 'explicitly' tell supporters to stand down

Unless President Trump tells his followers forcefully to avoid violence, he will "bear responsibility" for any outbreaks in the runup to President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration, the lawmaker said.
