Rep. Andy Biggs asks Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee to examine corresponding calls to 'defund' police, crime wave

Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., in a Wednesday letter asked Rep. Shiela Jackson Lee, D-Texas, to schedule a hearing to examine calls to "defund the police" and a possible correlation with rising violent crime in U.S. cities.
