House Select Committee Subpoenas Giuliani, Others For Allegedly Spreading False Election Fraud Claims

The House Select Committee, which is responsible for investigating the events leading up to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Hill riot, issued subpoenas to Rudy Giuliani and three others. The subpoenas sought to get information from individuals who spread false election fraud and tried to overturn the results.
