*NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / March 14, 2022 / *Capstone believed that Buncee would be the best candidate to help achieve the goal to enable young learners to absorb knowledge and express themselves on the same platform. The purchase expands Capstone's digital capabilities and enables students to use Buncee's creator tools in tandem with Capstone's curriculum-aligned content to "read and create" reports, journals, and other projects that demonstrate their understanding of subject matter. The acquisition of Buncee was expected to reinforce Capstone's unwavering commitment to meeting the needs of educators and young learners, according to Capstone President Scott Sustacek.

Buncee can be used for many purposes, like creating presentations, holiday cards, journals, book reviews, and a lot more. It is mostly used to create academic materials since they have been focusing on meeting the needs of schools and educators. Their creative tools were integrated into Capstone's software to encourage students to read and generate projects to enhance their understanding of what they learned. As the leading educational publisher for digital solutions, the acquisition of Buncee had brought Capstone's business to another level.

Buncee creation canvas has provided children with a platform that allows them to make animated presentations through web and mobile applications. With the aid of the creation tool, they can show their teachers and parents what they have learned and improve the communication between each party.

"Digital canvas mainly targets teenagers before high school," Chen explained, "therefore, the design style is usually friendly and vibrant except for some special occasions." As former designer at Buncee and current animation and design consultant at Capstone, Chen played an essential role in creating the animation and illustration for the creation canvas, designing explainer videos and social post graphics for marketing.

One of the interesting projects Chen took part in is a virtual summer camp. This is a great online activity for children to record and track their assignment process. With the theme of summer, the team added story assets for folktales and tall tales such as Three Little Pigs and Davy Crockett and the Great Mississippi Snag to the digital library. To better promote this summer camp, Chen made a teaser video, in which everyone who joins the virtual camp enters the magical world of Buncee where they could see different assets layout in front of them.

"The animations had to be done with a lot of attention to detail, like how many feet a spider or a jellyfish has," Chen explained, "and we had to do it in a way that was both aesthetically pleasing and factually correct. It was plenty of work, but the process was fun, and the results are rewarding."

Chen believes that any design targeting children should be educational while the design itself should be interesting in terms of shapes and colors to not limit the imagination of children. By combining the technique of color planning and her unique style that perfectly portrays the transition between reality and fantasies, Chen had generated numerous astonishing digital worlds for children, which had helped them to share their ideas and learn creatively with teachers and parents. She is confident that she would make more contributions in bridging education, art, and design with her skills as a multidisciplinary motion designer and illustrator at Capstone in the future.
