360 Capital Funding is providing a $20,300,000 lending facility for the project. The properties are located at the intersection of North Williamsburg and Greenpoint, directly across from the forthcoming Bushwick Inlet Park expansion. The properties are poised to benefit from the substantial amount of residential development on the Greenpoint waterfront both in recent years and into the future.
