The following amendment has been made to the ‘PayPoint Plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding’ announcement released on 22/01/2024 at 17:17.Sections 4(c) and 4(d) of the Notification of Dealing Form have been replaced to show the total number of partnership shares purchased and matching shares awarded for each PDMR under The PayPoint Plc Share Incentive Plan.
