*NASHVILLE, TN / ACCESSWIRE / April 4, 2024 / *Ponce Law Firm is proud to announce the return of the sixth annual Outstanding Teacher Contest aimed at honoring exceptional teachers in Middle Tennessee communities. May is National Teacher Appreciation Month, making April the perfect time to begin recognizing those who go above and beyond for their students day in and day out.

The Outstanding Teacher Contest invites community members to nominate K-12 teachers who have made an impact in Middle Tennessee. Nominations will be accepted from April 1st to April 26th at noon. Each entry is considered a vote for that teacher and will only be accepted once per nominator.

To participate, individuals can nominate deserving teachers via the nomination form on the Ponce Law website. Each nominee will receive an Outstanding Teacher Certificate, regardless of the number of votes received. Additionally, the top 5 teachers with the highest number of entries will each be awarded a $500 cash prize, while the 6th through 10th will receive $100 each. The top 50 teachers with the most entries will also receive a goody bag.

Moreover, the school with the most entries overall for its teachers will be awarded a $1,000 cash prize. All winners will be announced on Teacher Appreciation Day, May 7, 2024, via Ponce Law's Facebook page.

"As part of our commitment to supporting education and recognizing the hard work of educators, this initiative allows us to express our gratitude to those who strive to inspire and educate," said Michael Ponce, CEO of Ponce Law.

The contest invites individuals to celebrate the remarkable educators who shape the future by nominating them for recognition. Through the contest, participants have the opportunity to showcase their appreciation for teachers who go above and beyond in their roles.
