Mercyhurst hockey dismisses Briere after incident

Carson Briere, 23, who is scheduled to appear in court next month to face three misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy to commit mischief and disorderly conduct, was dismissed from the Mercyhurst University men's hockey team Monday.
