Microsoft has just released a new Dev version of Microsoft Edge browser, with the company including a total of three different new features in this early build. More specifically, Microsoft Edge Dev version 88.0.692.0 is the first to bring the ability to pin a website to the Start menu. In other words, if you rely on the Start menu for everything you do on your computer, Edge now comes with a dedicated option that lets you quickly pin a site here. The Start menu has evolved a lot in Windows 10, and in the most recent OS feature update, it received support for theme-aware live tiles, with its interface therefore aligning with the one of the visual style that’s being used in the operating system. Today’s new Microsoft Edge Dev channel update also enables support for Guided Switch on Mac. And last but not least, the browser is getting a feature for Kiosk Mode to open all popups in new tabs instead of windows, thus keeping things better organized on the screen.
