Hiring intentions on the rise as confidence in recovery begins to show

It didn’t take long for vast swathes of the population to make a beeline for their gyms, hairdressers, shops and pubs when lockdown measures were eased in England in April – with plenty of reports of people who were so excited by their newfound freedom that they visited all of the above on the first day of reopening.
