Power cut safety advice issued to Falkirk residents ahead of 'danger to life' Storm Arwen

Severe gale-force winds of up to 75mph are expected to sweep the district with a Met Office Amber 'be prepared' alert in place from 3pm this afternoon, until 9am tomorrow morning.
