Network Rail says passengers are to be hit by 'significantly disrupted' travel in January

Industrial action from the Transport Salaried Staffs' Association (TSSA) and the Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) has caused havoc over the Christmas period with more strikes to come in 2023.
