Jeremy Vine strikes deal with Twitter troll Andy Plumb after being wrongly named in BBC presenter scandal

Vine, who has a Channel 5 show, has settled with Andy Plumb, a Twitter user who wrongly accused Vine of being the star at the centre of the Sun newspaper's claims last weekend.
