Dog owners face 'unlimited fines' if pet sparks 'worry' under new law

Therese Coffey's Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) Bill, which has been supported by MPs, is designed to make it easier for police to catch owners of dogs who spark panic in livestock.
