Car club gets together for coronavirus-era birthday drive-bys
The First State Mustang and Ford Club members have seen all their events cancelled. A club member's daughter was turning 7, so the motorists paraded for Briella Oster in Wilmington instead of their normal rides, and will be doing more similar events.
