Bratton and Miller team up again in law enforcement

When Bill Bratton was the New York Police Department Commissioner in the 1990's, John Miller was his chief spokesman. Now that Bratton is returning to his old job, Miller will also return, but this time as his deputy commissioner for intelligence.
