Two deadly mass shootings come as Biden introduces actions to to restrict "ghost guns" and promote red flag legislation

President Joe Biden introduced half a dozen executive actions Thursday addressing gun violence, calling it an "international embarrassment." Just a few hours later, one person was killed and five others were hurt in a mass shooting in Texas, the second mass shooting that day. CBS News' Naomi Ruchim joined "CBSN AM" with more.
