NASA: Solar winds stripping away Mars' atmosphere

Scientists said Thursday that solar winds, the million-mile-per-hour stream of charged particles blasted from the sun, are stripping away Mars' atmosphere -- turning it from a once possibly inhabitable planet to a barren wasteland.
