Massachusetts mom runs 7 marathons on 7 continents in a week

Becca Pizzi is the first American woman to complete one of the most grueling tests of human endurance -- the World Marathon Challenge. The Massachusetts native recently ran seven marathons on seven continents in seven days. Norah O'Donnell reports.
