Watch: Baltimore school officer slaps young man

The chief of the Baltimore school police force is on administrative leave following the discovery of a videotaped attack. The footage shows an officer repeatedly slapping an unidentified young man at a city school. The incident is under investigation and two officers have been reassigned.
