Avalanche center Nazem Kadri’s appeal of eight-game suspension has been heard. NHL commissioner Gary Bettman has yet to rule

There is no timetable for Bettman's ruling. Kadri, who remains practicing with the Avs, has served the first two games of the suspension, sitting out Games 3 and 4 against the Blues.
