President Biden is expected to blame Trump for the Capitol riot in a Jan. 6 speech

In a speech at the Capitol marking the riot's one-year anniversary, Biden will lay out "the singular responsibility President Trump has for the chaos and carnage," said press secretary Jen Psaki.
