New Hyde Park gears up for village's inaugural St. Patrick's Day Parade

The grand marshal will be Nassau County Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder. Mayor Christopher Devane said he hopes the March 12 parade, which will honor local first responders, becomes a longstanding tradition.
