In Cambodia, Joe Biden Mistakenly Refers to Prime Minister of 'Colombia'

During his opening remarks at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit Joe Biden mistakenly referred to the prime minister of "Colombia" when he should have said "Cambodia."
