NYC Mayor says subway death 'never should have happened'
New York City Mayor Eric Adams said the death of Jordan Neely at the hands of a fellow subway rider was "a tragedy that never should have happened." Adams is pledging to do more to ensure that people experiencing mental health crises get help. (May 10)
