2 men indicted after NYPD officer punched over lit cigarettes in Bronx subway station

(PIX11) – Two men were indicted after allegedly attacking an NYPD officer who asked them to put out their cigarettes in a Bronx subway station, according to Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark.
