"Dreamers" celebrate the Supreme Court's blocking of Trump administration policy

The Supreme Court blocked a Trump administration policy which rescinded the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, program. The program protects thousands of "Dreamers" from deportation. Maria Elena Salinas reports.
