Coronavirus: What's happening around the world on June 28

The World Health Organization announced another daily record in the number of new confirmed coronavirus cases across the world — topping over 189,000 in a single 24-hour period — as the global tally topped the 10 million mark and infection rates in parts of the U.S., Latin America and India continue to rise.
