More than 70 migrants dead after ship capsizes off Libyan coast

At least 74 migrants drowned after their Europe-bound ship capsized off the coast of Libya on Thursday, the United Nation's migration agency said, at least the eighth such shipwreck in the Central Mediterranean since last month.
