Man Arrested Near Vice President's Official Residence

Watch VideoA Texas man is facing weapons charges after Washington, D.C. police arrested him near the vice president's official residence. 

Police say the Texas man had a rifle and ammunition in his car. 

Vice President Harris and the second gentleman have not moved into the residence yet and were not there.
