Prince Andrew stripped of another ceremonial honour in wake of sexual misconduct allegations

The council of the northern city of York on Wednesday night voted unanimously to withdraw the Prince Andrew's "freedom of the city." The honour was awarded to Andrew in 1987 after Queen Elizabeth made him the Duke of York.
